Add FedEx and Honeywell to the growing list of big American companies that are sharing some of the windfall from a lower tax rate with workers.

FedEx announced Friday that it will increase employee compensation by over $200 million following the recently enacted U.S. Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. About two-thirds will go to hourly team members, by "advancing" 2018 annual pay increases by six months to April 1st from the normal October date.
